Where you pay
You subscribe inside the app by choosing Upgrade. The subscription belongs to your RetuVPN account, so it works on all your devices, whichever one you bought it on.

The App Store and Google Play set prices in your local currency, usually including tax, so the amount can differ a little from $5. Direct purchases are charged in US dollars, with sales tax or VAT added where it applies and shown before you pay.
For direct purchases, Stripe processes your card and we never see the card number. Stripe asks for an email address to send receipts. Your card statement shows RETUVPN.COM.
Billing terms
- Premium renews every month on the day you subscribed until you cancel. If that day doesn't exist in a month, it renews on the last day of that month.
- You can cancel at any time. Premium continues until the end of the month you've paid for, then your account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
- We give at least 30 days' notice of a price change, in the apps and on this page. A new price applies from your first renewal after the notice.
- Our 14-day refund covers direct and Google Play purchases. Apple handles App Store refund requests under its own policy. See refunds and cancellation.
Questions
Can I pay without a card?
Yes. In the App Store and Google Play you can pay with your store balance, including gift cards.
What happens if a payment fails?
The payment is retried for up to 7 days. If it still fails, your account moves to Free until you pay.
What if I lose my account code?
Your subscription can be moved to a new account with Restore purchases. See recovering a subscription.
Do I get a trial?
The free plan is the trial. It has every connection method, so you can check RetuVPN connects on your networks before you pay.
