Launching on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android and Windows

On the App Store, Google Play and the Microsoft Store

A VPN that adapts to your network.

Hotel, office, campus and mobile networks often block VPN traffic. RetuVPN tries several connection methods at once and uses the one your network allows. There's no protocol to choose.

Creating an account doesn't need an email address, a name or a phone number.

One email on launch day, then we delete your address. How we handle it

Free: 500 MB a month, no card needed. Premium: $5 a month, no data cap. Plans

Connecting through an example network

TLS 443Kept
QUIC 443Blocked
WebSocket 2053Blocked
WireGuard 51820Blocked
DNS 53Answered
SSH 2222Blocked

Only web traffic and DNS get out. TLS on port 443 answered first, so RetuVPN uses it here and tries it first next time.

Example only. What each network allows varies. Shown: 6 of RetuVPN's 21 connection methods.

One subscription for all your devices

RetuVPN is coming toruns on iPhone and iPad, Mac, Android and Windows. Your subscription belongs to your RetuVPN account rather than to an app store, so Premium covers five devices on any mix of platforms.

To add a device, install the app and enter your 16-digit account code. If you lose the code, a paid subscription can still be moved to a new account.

Platforms and requirements

No connection logs

Our exit servers don't log VPN connections. The information they need to carry your traffic is held in memory while you're connected and discarded when you disconnect.

What we do keep about an account is short. Our privacy policy lists every item and how long we keep it, and we will publish an independent audit after launch.

What we keep, and for how long

We never record

  • Which server you connected to
  • Your IP address while connected
  • When you connected, or for how long
  • The sites and apps you use
  • Your DNS lookups
